Actually I think I'm going to ditch my 3D character ambitions for now. It's something I want to do eventually but for now I think it would violate the KISS principle. I already have sprites up and running, better to get a game up and running and work on frivolous stuff some other day. On that note maybe I should even skip adding weather effects for now and just work on adding dialog or inventory. We'll see.
